So glad that I went to Tasty Moment today.
A group of 3 and we ordered the pan fried juicy bun, spicy juicy bun, pork juicy bun, the beef with chilly pepper pancake, and the cold spicy noodle.
The food was excellent, very tasty and "clean" not as greasy as the other local soup dumpling.
The spicy level was average, not too spicy for people who like spicy food.
Each juicy bun order came with 6 buns.
The service was fine, the staff refilled our water and brought out extra napkins as needed.
The price was reasonable, not too expensive for the area.
There is a small parking lot as there are a few other stores.
For a Monday lunch, it was pretty pack.
5% extra for credit card payment so cash might be the way to go.
Note, there is Old Post Road East and Old Post Road West, be careful not to turn to the wrong one.

Will be back with the family as the restaurant is clean and spacious enough for the kids.  There are plenty of items on the menu for the kids to enjoy as well.

I came here with my cousin and my brother for lunch. The staff here seemed very friendly and attentive to the customers.

Pan Fried Pork Juicy Buns: The bottom of the bun is a little bit pan fried and the top part is soft. The pork inside was very mushy and did not taste appetizing at all.

Eight Treasure over rice: This was a big disappointment because this was not what I was expecting it to look like. This basically looks like rice with garbage dumped on top of it.

Mango Ice Tea: This was not worth the $3 - $4 just for it to look orange and taste like water. There was absolutely NO mango taste at all or ice tea taste.

Breaded Pork Chop: The outside is a bit crispy like a crunchy kind of a taste. The inside was very soft and tasted better than the rest of the things we ordered.

String Beans: This was a huge disappointment as well because it lacked a lot of flavor. This dish also tasted either old or as if they overcooked the string beans.

Mapo Tofu: This dish is extremely spicy to the point where it is so spicy that it does not taste good. I think this dish would taste better if they ease up on the spice just a little bit. The one at H-Mart tastes really good because it is not that freaking spicy.

Overall: This restaurant is not really worth my time, gas, or money because the food just does not taste all that great. They either need to learn the recipes of the food and cooking times or they need a new cook. If you want to waste money on random food then this would be the place to go. If  you are looking for good quality food then you are better off going elsewhere.

Delicious! My kind of comfort food. I used to really like their boba in the light bulb glass, which was a plus but they sell out pretty quickly and I heard from a waitress they don't make it much anymore because it's quite time consuming, but honestly, I can get boba anywhere and I'm mainly here for the food! The fruit iced tea though is also refreshing!

On the other hand, the food is really the main star here. I love their braised pork belly--it really does taste like my grandma's, with great fat content and perfect texture. The beef with pepper pancake is great--the pancake is so crispy and absorbs the oil and sauce of the beef. The pan fried pork buns are also perfectly crispy on the bottom and delicious as always. I wouldn't come here to eat healthy, but just for a filling, comforting meal.

Service is fast as well every time I've been there, the restaurant is well staffed with generally attentive employees. Also, I think the uniform is pretty hilarious lol. Another plus, the plating of the dishes is very aesthetic as well!

We ordered several dishes--both the spicy and non-spicy pork XLB, the spicy cabbage, cumin lamb toothpicks, garlic porkchops and the cold sesame noodles. I think I liked the garlic porkchops and the cold sesame noodles the best. The noodles were cooked al dente and when coated in the sauce, which doesn't seem to be a lot, but was the perfect amount. the porkchops were perfectly fried and not too salty but just enough to eat with rice. Except we were never given rice. The cumin lamb toothpicks, though the stick is in the same, it seemed unnecessary that the toothpick be there. And disappointingly, nothing was spicy.

The biggest turn off though, was when we heard a very distinct sound and when we turned around, discovered our waitress behind us cutting her nails behind the cashier counter. Yes, you're not directly by food but you're in a restaurant, and everyone can hear/see you.

I don't come here too often but when I do it's because I'm craving a cozy Chinese meal... or if other Asian restaurants nearby are too busy.

    Recs:
    1) the crawfish over rice - the flavor almost resembles a curry but it isn't nearly as thick. this is super yummy and unique! I've never had it anywhere else
    2) iced teas - their iced teas are served aesthetically and also taste quite natural
    3) cumin lamb toothpicks - I really like the flavor! the toothpick aspect makes eating a bit annoying though

    (+) food is served quickly
(-) though the above mentioned dishes are great, some noodle dishes I've tried like the eight treasure noodles are just so-so // ordering can be hit or miss
